Recipe Monday - Creamed Pork Chops

Pretty easy, pretty standard pork chop recipe.






1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops,
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup milk
1 envelope (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix (I used Lipton's French Onion, actually)
salt and pepper to taste


Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork and cook until browned on both sides.
Stir the soup, milk and package salad dressing mix in the skillet and heat to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. (took us 25 minutes).

  10. Dude, yes and yes! I’ve similarly had a no cook new year that I’m hoping to remedy asap. Cooking chicken is pretty gross but I have found that it’s way less gross when made in the crockpot.
