My mother. She is a Vice President at a local hospital, mother of three. She has taught me how to succeed through hard work and perseverance. She is an amazing woman with a big heart and a tenacity unmatched by any other I've ever met.
My sister. She is completing her Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering. She has taught me how to laugh at myself and how to keep sight of the truly important things in my life when other details seem to take priority. (That's my brother next to her.)My kids, Dulce and Natalina. They are teaching me the meaning of my life, piece by piece, day by day. They are making me a better person.
Dora. Oh, wait, no. Just kidding.
Happy International Women's Day. We all have a little piece to give to the world.
In cooperation with One Wee Voice.
