I either ask for recommendations...I agree with you. I either ask for recommendations or use a reliable site. I have successfully found a babysitter here https://babysittersearch.com.au which was recommended to me by my neighbor. A whole list of choices came up and I was able to find the perfect sitter and it didn't take long at all. I have really liked using this service and I have been fortunate enough to find a responsible babysitter.bethJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18290399083366424214noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2621701638860930715.post-64677774552720616352013-01-10T10:48:34.745-05:002013-01-10T10:48:34.745-05:00I wouldn't work for parents like that in a mil...I wouldn't work for parents like that in a million bazillion years. Not for anything.

My ads on Craigslist for sitters were always meant to attract, not repel, the sort of person I would want to have watching my kid. The e-mail exchanges afterward were almost entirely sufficient for weeding out bad fits, and the interviews showed me whatever e-mail couldn't. As I grew more experienced with sitters and what they were like, I added questions to the interviews of subsequent sitters, but it was never a matter of giving them the third degree. The questions it came down to were: 1) do you like kids? 2) will you keep mine safe and happy and engaged? and 3) will you be comfortable being honest with me if/when something goes wrong?

And dude, you are a writing star. How do you have ten posts already on the year? LOL.M. Kate Allenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01364841094947316946noreply@blogger.com
